Belmont Pastor Killed In Van Crash; Six Others Badly Injured

A Belmont pastor has been killed and four church members hospitalized in critical condition after their church van crashed late Saturday afternoon. 64 year-old Pastor Ronnie Wilson of South Point Freewill Baptist Church in Belmont was driving the van back from a men's golf retreat in Myrtle Beach when it collided with two pickup trucks on highway 903 near Lancaster, South Carolina, about 4:30 this afternoon. Wilson died and six people were hospitalized; four from the church van and two from the other vehicles. All were believed to be in critical condition Saturday evening.
