Sometimes you don't wanna put as much money at risk. As Sam or Martin who were much younger then Marty and I would do. So you take some of that money out and you invested in more cash flow type. Secure type. Collateralized. Investment. You know one thing I always have said about real estate you can blow it up Bernard knock it down whatever it is it's always worse something. If evaluate the investment based on where you are and believe it or not. The majority of the people in this silver generation where we are is.
