Forget about just getting a deal it's got to be a good deal because what happens to a lot of people they get too anxious that you're going to be hurried. You know offered too much or that you sold your house remember you buy houses you don't get sold house's okay. So they get in a big hurry in the and a pay and two months and then they lose money in the get out of the business okay. So you've got to get yourself some education OK get educated guess that okay that's that might sound a little harsh. But you're gonna have to get educated unity can help.
