Brett shares a report from WBTV’s David Hodges before he’s joined by Charlotte City Councilman and Mayor Pro Tem Braxton Winston to help you understand an agreement between Charlotte and the Panthers.
Brett completes his show by sharing some tips for firework safety and courtesy for tomorrow’s Independence Day celebrations.
