With a heat wave out west, California is facing looming energy shortage and urging residents to conserve by cutting their air conditioning. The effort to avoid rolling blackouts across the state came days after the Governor announced a ban on gas-powered vehicles by 2035.

Europe has raced towards “renewables” to meet their energy needs, while buying large amounts of gas from Russia.
