We’re joined by Bo Thompson of Good Morning BT for the first Crossing the Streams of the week! Bo and Brett talk about the legacy of charity at WBT and the United States Women’s National Team crashing out of the FIFA World Cup.

Brett starts things off by asking Bo about the annual Claire’s Army fundraiser event from this weekend to talk about how much money was raised for childhood cancer research + what it means to Bo to be the emcee for the event each year.

Then the conversation turns to the United States Women’s National Team losing in the Round of 16 to Sweden by a millimeter this weekend and the complicated legacy of Megan Rapinoe as she announced her retirement. Bo and Brett talk about whether the political pressure was too much for the team or not + why there are some out there who may not be upset that this particular group is going out with a loss.
